About Us

University of Moratuwa Tamil Alumni Association - Canada (UMTAAC) was created following the first and second annual informal get together of Tamils who studied at the University of Moratuwa (UoM), Sri Lanka and currently living in Canada. These informal get together were held in Toronto in August 2001 and September 2002 respectively.
